as promised i added new content

2 new enemies

small mech "Mc" does 3 damage

big mech "MC" does 4 damage

they both have the ability to attack the player within a 2 tile distance, in any carinal direction

and 3 new usable items

potion of minor healing

which heals the player by 10 health

potion of minor health increase

which increases the player's max health by 20

and potion of minor shielding

which increases the player's armor by 2
